Low Loading Swarf Skip

If you require a forklift skip with a low overall height to fit into spaces where height is restricted (e.g. below a swarf conveyor or press) then our Low Loading Swarf skips would provide the ideal solution.

Designed purposely with a lower overall height than our conventional tipping skips, our swarf skips are suitable for collecting debris such as swarf, scrap, machined parts or blanks.

With a water tight construction, you can be sure our swarf skips will collect your debris whilst ensuring no liquid is leaked onto the factory floor.

With a mild steel construction, manufactured from 3mm side plates and 5mm base and rear plates, the swarf skips can also come supplied in a variety of colours if needed, and like all our forklift attachments, are fully tested and certified for compliance with the latest Health & Safety Regulations.

Low Loading Swarf Skip features:

Manufactured with a low overall height, suitable for placing under swarf conveyors or presses.

Fully welded seams, ensures skips are liquid proof to prevent any liquid leakage onto factory floor.

Simple to operate release handle ensures skip contents are emptied with no manual handling.

Heavy duty steel under frames to ensure long service life properties.

Safety security chains ensure skips are safely retained to the lift truck without risk of slipping off the truck forks.

‘CE’ marked and supplied with Certificate of Conformity to meet Health & Safety Regulations.

Tipping Skips – Lidded

Similar to our standard range of forklift tipping skip attachments, this model of tipping skip comes supplied with a fully fitted hinged lid, which eliminates the possibility of the skip rubbish from blowing out.
Manufactured with a regular duty 3mm thick steel body and heavy duty under frame, our lidded tipping skips are ideally suited for the collection and disposal of waste and rubbish.

With a mild steel construction, our lidded tipping skips can come supplied in a variety of colours to help with your waste segregation, and like all our forklift attachments, come supplied fully tested and certified for compliance with the latest Health & Safety Regulations.

Tipping Skips – Mesh Sided

Our meshed extension sided ‘Packaging’ tipping skips are the ideal waste skips to choose when you are handling waste that has a low weight to high volume ratio, such as waste paper, cardboard and packaging materials.

This range of forklift tipping skips provide extra cubic volume by utilising 500mm high meshed extensions to the three sides, which in turn gives the tipping skips a higher volumetric capacity and added rigidity without a significant increase in the skips actual weight.

Like all the forklift tipping skip attachments that we manufacture, the design characteristics of our meshed extension sided ‘Packaging’ tip skips have come about from the accumulation of over 40 years industry experience.

Manufactured with a regular duty 3mm thick steel body and heavy duty under frame, our meshed extension sided tipping skips are ideally suited for the collection and disposal of waste and rubbish.
